SEÑOR JACK'S POTATO SOUP

 

    6 - 10 slices bacon

    1 cup chopped onion

    4 -5 cups cubed potatoes

    2 cups water

    2 cans cream of chicken soup

    2 soup cans milk

    1 tsp salt

    2 Tbsp chopped parsley

    1 package (or as much as you like) smoky link sausage

 

Saute bacon and onion until bacon is crisp and onion is tender. Pour off all but 3 Tbsp of fat.  Add potatoes, water, and sausage. Cook covered for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Blend in remaining ingredients.  Heat, but do not boil.
